Our 1st Family Vacation!!

This past weekend Mace, Garrett & I took a little vaca down to St. George! It was much needed and we had a BLAST! The weather was perfect & Mace was such a good boy! He slept the whole ride down and back home! We ate lots of of good food & had so much fun swimming! Mace loves the water so much! It was cute! There were two resturants we ate at that were SOOO good, Painted Pony and Samuri 21!! YUMM! Next time any of you take a trip down and are up for something new try um!! I'll let the pictures explain the rest! ;)

I cannot believe how fast time is flying! It seems like just yesterday I was on my way to the hospital ready as ever to have this baby outta my belly.... and now, 2 months have come and gone like nothing! I guess the good thing is, this has been the BEST 2 months of my life! Mace is the happiest best baby anyone could ask for! His little personality isn't so little after all! He has full on conversations with Garrett & I and is starting to giggle a little bit! Getting him to smile is as easy as sayin, "Hi there bubba!!" or even saying nothing at all! It is the BEST feeling in the world when i get up to feed or change him in the morning and the second he sees me, his eyes light up & he's grinning from ear to ear! ;) Did ya notice how i said, " when i get up in the MORNING!!" Yepp, Mace man is sleeping 6-8 hours at a time!! Perfect little man if ya ask me! Now... your probably asking yourself, why name this post, " My 2 month old, 4 month old??" Well, we took Mace in for his 2 month check-up last Wednesday! Everything is looking AWESOME! Mace is in the 93% for his weight (14lbs 6oz!!) 90% for his height (24 in!!) & 88% for his head circumference! He eats like a mad man, it's pretty funny! He feels and looks so much bigger then he is.... I'm happy/sad about this! Well enough rambling! Enjoy my little/BIG man :)

I've been a slacker!!

So I've been a total slacker and haven't been blogging! Life has been kinda crazy with the holidays & stuff! Basically Christmas was amazing, Garrett turned the BIG 24 on the 26Th and New Years was a blast! Mace is growing so fast and laughing, smiling and talking more and more everyday! He is the happiest, best little stink, and we LOVE LOVE LOVE being parents so much! Here is a little bit more about what's been going on.....

Christmas Eve at my mom's was so much fun! The whole family came! We ate prime rib, potatoes, green beans and lots of yummy treats! It's also a tradition in our family to open PJ's on Christmas Eve... So after everyone left we all sat around the tree and opened our PJ's! Garrett and I have also started our own tradition and get each other an ornament for the tree! We loved our first Christmas with little Mace! It makes it that much more special and exciting, even at only 5 weeks old! ;) Our greatest Christmas gift was, Mace slept from 10 pm x-mas eve to 4:30 am x-mas morning! ;)))
He has slept at least 4-7 hours every night since then! Bless his little heart! We have the BEST baby EVER!!!
